Mi Campo Blanco is made from 100% Blue Weber agave matured for seven years. The cooked piñas are gently pressed to bring out natural honey notes, fermented in open-air tanks among citrus trees and double distilled, then rested for up to a month in French oak barrels previously used for Napa Valley Chardonnay.
That short rest softens the spirit for an unusually smooth blanco, great in margaritas and Palomas.
