Daydram complies with all applicable laws under the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC). Alcohol purchases must be made by, and signed for upon delivery by, someone 21+ with valid government-issued ID.

  • Adult signature (21+) with valid ID is required at the time of delivery. This is mandated by California state law.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, third-party mail centers, or internationally.

  • We do not ship to the following states due to restrictions: AK, HI, MI, SD, UT, TN.

  • Please allow 3 to 10 Business Days for processing time to get your order out to the carrier.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Once your package is with the carrier, delivery speed is beyond our control.

California Compliance & Legal Responsibility

  • All alcoholic beverage sales are made in California and are governed by California law.

  • Upon purchase, title of ownership transfers to the buyer.

  • The buyer is solely responsible for compliance with any local laws regarding the shipment, importation, and delivery of alcohol to their state.

  • By purchasing from Daydram, you acknowledge that you are legally permitted to receive alcohol at your shipping destination.

  • Daydram operates under a valid California ABC license and reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or adjust orders to remain compliant with state regulations.

Failed Deliveries & Lost Packages

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for reordering and covering new shipping fees.

  • Daydram is not liable for stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
