Don Mateo De La Sierra Mezcal Alto Blanco

Alto or Agave inaequidens is native to Jalisco and Michoacan and is characterized by fresh, green notes. An excellent example of mezcal outside of the popular production areas in Oaxaca, with less smokiness and a very accentuated agave flavor of the region.
